Anyone know any decent "country-exclusive" maps?

I just read this article and its actually looks decent. Most maps created by Chinese only uploaded to their own forum. Some Russian also did that. Thats like an exclusive map for their own country. Anyone know where I can get them?

It's actually an interesting thing. Russian and Chinese are prominent. Oh yeah, add Japanese and Koreans if I recall.

During the dark portal campaign from XGM is quite pro, I even features voice acting. Then I got also some from rutracker, most of them are crap, but some are decent.
