[Animation] Need an easy animation

Hey guys,
I need to add a frozen animation to my grass model, and make the moving animation that is already owns a bit faster.

Summerize:
-Add frozen animation
-Make moving animation 2-3x faster.

Holy shit, this is awesome. If you derease area, that unit makes it move and don't loop this animation it would be sooooo perfect. I have even made a better animations:

One small issue is that the "frozen" animation still animates a little bit, so it looks bad when it resets before playing the actual animation.

Is there a way you can maybe make the animation 1 second of waving following by a few thousand seconds of being still?
