Animated Texture won't ork ingame! HELP plz!

i made a wonderfull animated texture for my poison tower! But the texture animation soesn't work in-game =( also it's in-model tinting is darker then supposed to be (all works fine in magos')... what's wrong? a wonderfull model looks like a piece of crap ingame when magos' shows me a masterpeace! Help- me plz!!!!!!!!!!! someome!
