[General] Animated Pictures - Titles

I'm not sure if someone could do this while they finished their map/campaign. This is the last step I need to finish.
In the banner/titles, I don't know how to make the fonts burns (fire effect), just while in cinematics, or at least it's appearing or disappearing. I'm very interesting, and I try once but can't done. The questions are:
- Do I need some scripts to make the words animated?
- Should/Could I use the gif picture? If I can, then how do I import and use it?
Example: To the Bitter End is using this one like that, in introduction. Sorry, I don't have any pictures to show you.
I hope I'll find a quick answer. Too bad, I am busy and don't have much time to see. Maybe I will be there a bit late, but I'm sure I'll reply soon.

i guess they are using doodads or something, but it's definitely not a GIF picture

I think it's a short blp film.

You can display images with triggers, I just don't know if it can render gif images.

It could be either BLP clip like this , I made it my self

^Yeah that one, but the latter would require animation knowledge. (And a good program, which is not for free(3d studio max))
