It's just a murloc icon from Reforged that I edited a little.

Id like to see more editing done since it looks like you just amped up the HUES or contrast a bunch and thats it?

I don't really remember what I did, since it's been four years, but even if that's the case, there are plenty of approved icons where they simply changed the color, which can be done in a second. If this is a problem, you can disapprove.

I just dont see much effort or freehand aside from the color schemes is all.

Keep as awaiting update if you want to update it in the future.
