Now for something completelly different:

My first ever model that is pretty much made from scratch. She uses ingame textures and sounds, has custom animations I made (still a little wonky for now) and a completelly custom mesh. Why Amy? If you dig aroudn you can find a sonic, Tails and Knuckles, but no Amy. So to fill the hole I made her.

Might make more in the future and will tweak this one a bit, as it was my guinea pig to test animations and some stuff. Most likely with a custom texture tho, it will make a model like that a tad more versatile if someone needed a different colored mobian.

No team glow was proposital, as she has the references to attach one ingame separately. Some people might want her not glowing around.

Update:
-Fixed some mispelling on the ref points, thanks G. Frank
-Added s bit of blinking as suggested by GhostOfPast, not much for now.
-Added a little particle emitter for some cute. I like cute.

-Added an attack slam animation.

-Tweaked animation speed like Misha suggested, a tad less twitchy.

-Made her scale more aking to a mobian ingame, so auras and effects should work better now. Also modified some animations a bit more.

    hm.. what's the point of having a tail, if its going to be hidden by a skirt..? currently it showing a tiny bit feels more like clipping than intended

    Here we go.
    First of all, it might not be a good model as it is now, but it have great potential through polishing. Making it with only IG textures is very great ! :infl_thumbs_up:
    Also the low filesize is a very good plus. Don't hesitate to get some inspiration from similar animations if it's not already the case.

    Here's my suggestions (in no particular order) :
    - walk fast animation (running like sonic)
    - Animated eyes (for example angry look when attacking, blinking eye when idle or just when she hits, closing eyes when doing spells, etc etc) because it takes about the half of the head so making it alive would increases by a lot the credibility of the model.
    - Moving the torso and the hips when attacking.
    - attack slam by hitting the hammer to the ground (with a recoil that make her legs jumping).

    you could make use of matrix eater's ability to elongate or shorten animation length, to give a bit more relaxed-ness to the stand anims, or a bit more punch to an attack anim.. or something like that
