Unit Group - Pick each unit in (Marine units in (Region((Position of (Triggering unit)), 10.0)) owned by player Any Player matching Excluded: Missile, Dead, Hidden, with at most Any Amount) and do (Actions)
Region matching condition, Any go to Value to select the type in this case Marine, Entire map can be 'Convert Circle to region' then position of unit or specific coordinates as a Center and Range from its center - in this case 10. Rectangle too but it would be more values if you had to do that.
How they function in StarCraft II is completly different. A lot more of the work is nativly supported unlike WarCraft III where some simple opperations required the use of slow JASS script.
