Altar of Elders/Darkness combo

My goal was to replace the statue from AoE with one from AoD, retexturing it with AoE's textures and turning it to a proper angle, but I'm not really good at this. I would be thankful if anyone was capable of either fixing my attempt or remaking it from scratch if necessary.
