[SD/Modeling] Alpha/Beta Skeletons models recreation

Has anyone tried to recreate the Alpha/Beta Skeleton Warrior and Archer model? They surely looked cooler than the final ones. I would really want to see close recreation of them and use them. There are some leftovers of these Alpha/Beta models on the Death Animation of both Skeleton Warrior and Archer and also their icons match their Alpha/Beta counterparts. There are also many screenshots of the Alpha/Beta models shown below and a piece of concept art for the Skeleton Archer.

They certainly look unique, mainly hunched over with a bit more ragged armor pieces?
These days, i'd rather use more refined skeleton models, like those of johnwar, Villagerino, or Dreadman.

Then you can also look into 67Chrome's skeletons: 67chrome and perhaps edit the original models a little bit on your own, with Retera's model studio - shouldn't be more than an hour's work.

Certainly those are pretty cool looking skeletons but is not what I want, still will consider using them.

I did tried to edit the original models, with little to no progress, of course I have very little experience and knowledge with modeling. Is never too late to learn modeling maybe.
