Great to see you are using in-game textures and not external ones. You should however use the stand work particle effects from in-game and not generate them though the RMS add particle feature.
Below are some stand work particle effects from buildings that you can just copy paste into your model, and it will work as long as you have a stand work animation. Copy and paste (no need to do import or timescaling) work particle from these example building models:
