You can submit you're loading screens to the skin section, i reckon

If its necessary, try .mdl editing and upload it as a model skin to the model section. It saves 4 skins being uploaded all onto the skin server and looks nicer.

Why can't people just use the one texture of the loading screen model? it is getting me tired of seeing loading screens in the model section and they getting 5/5 and comments like great when they are just skins.
