AI town hall spam

Well I found another one of those threads... the ones where a user asks a question that is totally relevant to my issue but gets 0 replies and the thread closed: Weird AI Town Hall Behaviour

My problem is the same - the AI make another town hall as soon as he starts upgrading to the next tier, eventually having 3 town halls all of which are different tiers. Does anyone know a solution to this or what may be causing it?

I have zero experience with AI, but could it perhaps be that the AI is trying to build an expansion?

No, I thought that at first too and moved the expansion way down the list. It appears that the AI does not understand that a Tier 2 town hall does everything a tier 1 town hall does and builds all 3 of them to satisfy the build order. This never happened when I used any other race other than custom for the AI.

Good idea. I will try it later. But normal race AI (not custom) doesn't need any conditions. Even custom AIs that simply use the normal race AI town hall building don't have this problem.

Seems something is definitely wrong with AI editor.
I recall ever making some AI with them and never encounter this problem, maybe I'll try again this time around once in a while for testing.
