AI Spell casting

Hey, having an issue. I'm creating this moba like map where the two sides periodically spawn units. When set without an AI at all, the right fraction of spawned units automatically casts their assigned spells, similar to Neutral Hostile units which is what I want for both sides, but the left side doesn't for some reason. Both sides take up "computer" controlled slots in Player Properties. I tried creating a custom AI, imported it and gave it to each side and now neither of them are casting their spells. Any ideas?

EDIT - Nevermind, figured it out. Needed to check fixed player settings.
