I would want to request an attachment which is over the head saying Administrator with some simple designs and glows. thanks xD

Something like that, but I dont want it to be moving
I want it to be displayed on top of the head, stable,and some sparks or lighting around it and I dont know but when I tried it, It did not show up

did you imported in World Editor and set the texture path to none ? Also I didn't tried it in WE only in Magos...I'll take another look

something like Champara Bro's Model

I already gave you freedom to modify the icon.
go to microsoft word or smthng like that, create fancy text set background to black. save text as bmp. Resize it to 64x64
go to warcraft 3 viewer or magos and convert it to blp.

And by the way it is Champara Bros
