Adding Picture to map

Is there a way to put just a picture into map?

or does it have to be turned into an object?



Also, if you know of a good pic that looks like your up in the air over water I'd like to see it. I plan on putting it over the ground so it looks like your on a floating platform

there is a create img function in triggers

Can't get it to work, even tried putting image - show after it

Tried all image types and with 2 blps
