        Unit - A unit Finishes an upgrade
    Conditions
        (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to *unitthatupgrades*
    Actions
        Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units of type *Buildingthatsellsitems*) and do (Neutral Building - Add *Booster1* to (Picked Unit) with 0 in stock and a max stock of 1)
