      • Neutral Building - Add Sea Bass to City 0002 <gen> with 3 in stock and a max stock of 4
This trigger works as far as adding the item to the unit goes, but once the item is sold, it is removed from the shop (it doesn't go out of stock, it simply vanishes). What's going on here and how can I fix it?

It is a bug that was never fixed. When you add an item to a neutral building, it'll disappear after the first sell regardless of the stock count. You'll have to make a system to keep track of the items sold and their stock counts, and update them appropriately. It is rather annoying, but I think people have gotten it to work for their purposes.
