Add attachment points to norinrad's mountaineer

Norinrad's 'Dwarven Mountaineer' model has no attachment points.
I mostly need the origin and chest attachments. At the moment all attachments are at the weapon.

In the image you see the selection circle graphics attached to the weapon in a messy way. Normal selection cirlces work but I'm doing some triggers...

Fixed. I spammed attachment effects to show that it works now.
