Could anyone, please, edit this model, so it can look like Gelbin Mekkatorque? just recolor the glasses to green and the beard to white.

and also remove the Hero Glow of these 4 models: Gnomish Mage; Gnomish Fighter; Gnomish Rogue and Gnomish Warlock.

And make icons for all the five.

Sure, BTW I've done yours gnomes units icons. I just screenshot it and edit it little bit...
Also, do you need some Draenei Icons?

Thanks Heinvers, but I'm already using a normal MK in my project, and surfice to say, I'm noob in World Editor, and I don't know how to place a skin without replacing the original model. Btw, is there a tuturial about this anywhere? Could you link it here if you know any? Thanks!

No worries, file size is compressed after imported in the editor.
