Action: open F9 menu. How?

I need to add an action to existing trigger. This action is just opening F9 game menu (for game info). What kind of action/code should i use?

I don't think it does exist such a command.

There is no command for that. There's an event for pressing Esc though. Its if a player skips a cinematic

Whether you're talking about an event based on a player opening the F9 menu, or a trigger that forces the player to do so, I don't believe it's possible at all.
