About 90 grades down?!

I have seen on some maps like Warcraft Diablo III terrain that it is strait down, and i wonder how i can make it that, i've tried copy terrain from there and so on, but won't work, plz help =(

you mean walking on bridges and underneath is like an endless pit?
its made with jass newgen WE that allows you to make straight up and higher cliffs and also that map uses camera systems
