[Spell] Ability is not working properly when order is given

Hello and thanks for taking a look at my topic. Actually I've been facing an issue with a trigger... It's working fine when I cast it myself but when I put to be ordered it doesn't. Any ideas what's going on?

Is it a triggered spell ? And what happens after giving order? Pause ? Or stop? Or doesn't even response ?

Can the unit see the target location/unit (vision range), does it have enough mana, is the ability on cooldown, does the unit have the ability at all at the time of ordering?

The ability has 4 triggers, when doing issuing the order to do the spell it only does the first 2 and the last one which removes the dummies, kinda complicated, the 3rd one works until half of it. The trigger I am refering to is Alucard Spellpack by Ogare (Dracula Ultimate)...
