A unit comes within range action for unspecified unit

I would like to use an action "a unit comes within range" for a unit that is unspecified in this action and will be specified in conditions (Same like "generic unit event", but for a "within range" action).
Is there any way to do that? I hope you understand what I am trying to do.

The specific unit event will suit your needs, you just need to add every unit to it. Every time a unit enters the map (with the "unit enters region" event), you do Trigger - Add Event action.
