A terrain of Westeros

I came up with idea of makeing ASoIaF by G.R.R.M map. Some roleplay, events from books, more realistic heroes but I am the worst terrainer what this world have seen. So I need someone to make map terrain wich I can use. Of course this person will have a huge influence on map. I know the are some ASoIaF maps but I wont to make some more realistic map with a lot more acurate heros and specified soldiers for each of seven kingdoms. By the time I'm posting this post I started looking for models and I've already made some events and heroes.

P.S: I've read all terraining guides and my map is still realy bad.
