So you want to be able to load a new map after completing another one? And also to reload the Hero with their items and spells from the previous chapter?

Both are easy to learn. Just open up the Exodus of the Horde campaign, open up the triggers, and see how it is done.

Exodus of the Horde is not protected. It automatically comes with The Frozen Throne as a custom campaign, and can be opened and edited as you please.
