A Question about the Medivh Raven Form

Greetings,

When Medivh having some ability points not used yet turns into a raven using raven form ability, is it possible to prevent Medivh in raven from learning skills?
Only in raven form, I want to make his abilty points disappeared but not forever.
If medivh turns into a human form, I want medivh to get the ability points back
so that he can keep learning abilities.

I tried my own trigger, but seems it doesn't work..

I think is far easy and better if you just hide the others skills when your Medivh is in raven form. Or you really want to hide the learning skills?
