A problem with one of my models...

I hope I can post model problems here.

There's a bug with my model that I do not know how to fix and I was hopeing a moderator could help me. The bug that seems to be is that whenever ingame or world editor or in modeling programs when animations are played or when viewed the chest and head diappears and I do not know why.
