4 Icon Modification

I need 4 ogre versions of this ,
ReplaceableTextures\PassiveButtons\PASBTNSeaGiantPulverize.blp

The first one will be a left hand , and the other a right hand . ( make it backwards )

The first 2 need to be a real " button " , and the last ones a passive .

Yes , like that , but with an ogre-ish effect ( the hand must be the same colour of the ogre's skin )
