you do not want v4, you want v5, v4 cannot export anims. v4 and v5 can only be found via torrents or p2p software. try ares or limewire.

Well you COULD use 3dsMax OR you could use GMax, its totally free. Gmax is almost as good as 3dsmax, there the same thing except 3dsmax is a little bit better.
