3d Studio Max/Art tool Help please

I was wondering do i need 3d Studio Max v4.1 for the Art tool?

Becuase I cant find a 4.1 download or demo. But i can find the 7.0 demo. Please help!

Does anyone know where i can download the Full version of any 3dstudio max?
