30 fps lock?

Hi i just downloaded warcraft 3 reforged and i wanted to know is there fps cap lock ?
my in game fps says its 200+ but the actual gameplay feels like 30 fps or something any help?

They made a decision to limit animation frame rate to 30 FPS in Reforged. I guess it was because of interoperability with classic models. It's still a bit odd, since nowadays monitors can have something like 240 FPS frame rate.
