2x Spell animation in 1 spell, how to fix ?

ION Cannon spell issue.

I cant get rid of the Carrion Swarm Art... The laser beam appears but so does the Carrion Sworm... How to remove the swarm from the spell so it wont appear when casted ? I have tried to remove the missile art but it seems that the trigger re-applies the Carrion Swarm all the time.... How to fix it ?
