2 Abilities Trigger Help

1) how do i make units teleport to a region by casting an aoe target on them
2) how do i make units teleport when getting hit by carrion swarm or something?

1) Event: Unit begins casting an abillity
Condition: (whatever you have)
Action: Unit Group - Pick all units within range (half of your AOE integer) of point (Target point of abillity being cast) and do: (loop action) Unit - Move Picked unit to region.
