Help with heros moving to diferent regions

Hi! I want to make a region that can teleport a hero to different places depending on what was the last place the hero was teleported.
Something like this:

Teleporting Region can teleport any player to any of this regions: Region 1, Region 2, Region 3 and Region 4. The Tel. Region teleported a hero to Region 1, so Region 2 is the next one. Tel. Region teleported a hero to Region 2, so Region 3 is the next one, and so on...

Does anybody know how to do this???

Use an array holding the sequence of regions. Everytime it is taken incriment an integer representing the next region index by 1.
