100% transparent Game Menu Background Empty

How can I do it if you understand me... When I set it to .blp, it's green (obvious lol)

Not much tip to give but I think you will have to download transparent skin (dont know if its called a skin) for it and attach it on the Game interface.

Try to set it to something transparent? ui\Widgets\EscMenu\Human\blank-background.blp sounds kinda blank to me, but dont quote me on that one.

Well, other option is download or make a transparent one and attach it to your Game Menu in Game Interface.

The buttons can't be transparent,it will only be black,but the borders will be transparent.

Just create a completely blank background with photoshop or gimp (alpha the image out)
Photoshop tutorial on how to do that: Create a Transparent Image with Adobe Photoshop
GIMP tutorial on how to do that: How to: Add Alpha Channel with GIMP
Save the image as .tga and then convert it to blp using a tool like http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/warcraft-iii-viewer-62878/.
And replace some of the menu's in the game interface like this:
