Greetings here! What would be best method to fix the UV map of the model (exactly for the horse geoset here in that model on the screenshot). I want not to loose animation and attachements to it's bones and verticex. Thanks for suggestion in advance!

I've been attempting to modify Himperion's Black Sun Assassin (Elven Assassins - permission to edit shown below) by adding the Warden's Spell Slam animation and swapping the face texture with Textures\HeroRanger.blp with no success.

I just need an "Night Elf Watcher" model, with the "Night Elf Archer" revisted with texture or skin :/
ps: dont worry with helmet I'll remove it later.. I just need help with the "UV-maps" because i dont know how use her correct. Can help-me please?
