- The Alliance arrive to the Silver Hand Encampment after hearing the summons of Lord Uther the Lightbringer.

The Murlocs are protecting an abandoned Oil Refinery within the region of Alterac & yet many wonder how exactly did it get there?

- Aiden Perenolde, former King of Alterac, & now Kingpin of what remains of the once former prosperous Kingdom rules his people with an iron fist through the demonic pact he had made with the Argus Wake to consolidate his power. His children do not like this fact, not one bit.

- Hath Blackthorn was a General of the Alteraci who was horrified when Aiden sold his people over to the Horde. It was Thoras Trollbane that convinced the poor General to change sides & the General's loyalty was rewarded by betrayal; the Alteraci Kingdom fell & was forgotten.

A slight peak into the Crystal Caverns...

- The Chapter is a reference to the 'A New Power in Lordaeron' Chapter of the Legacy of the Damned Campaign. - The Crystal Caverns is a Map & template that was made by Shadowfury.

- The nearby miners of Lightridge were slaughtered by the Gnolls of the Wildpaw Tribe that planned an assault upon the farmland if it were not for the meddling Alliance of Lordaeron.

- Lightridge Fields is a small farmland leading up to the Gates of Strahnbrad & winter always sets in within Alterac. - The region was inspired by the Alterac Mountains that had ruined Scout Towers in World of Warcraft. - There are many new merchants the players can visit while visiting this place.
