40K Space Marines

EmirDaud's creation​

They are from ealier stage when I still was fixing sanity warnings (no serious warning left in those).
I noticed the request for custom text so felt to do a copy version with them all UV mapped and set right.

So custum texture is made by me (no it's not hard, still) and everything els is EmirDaud's creation.

A nice set of space marine chapters. Works in-game. Approved!
How about a collaboration?
Hallo! Well it will be a collaboration between EmirDaud, you and me then. But I think you need to speak with EmirDaud first.
I'm more the one doing animation polishing/adding/own creation, sanity clearing, icons, texture (as in this tab), helped him to do texture settings (now he's able by himself). Still, the models with all geo part mixed nicely is EmirDauds work. Just write to him :)

It will not be a problem if 3 of us working together' bringing 40k faction into warcraft 3 but I don't know about now- it seems the updates of warcraft 3 might crash if we use the models that has a materials came from old warcraft 3 version

well id love if we have more 40k model on Hive, but i dont know how it would work 3 ppl collab, but u can DM me on discord @rtsemir to communicate better
about the old texture, idk i havent tried anything after 2.0, i guess we will wait for further fix

Because is not animated at all and there is no gut mesh and gun should disappear during decay bone ;)

Also you could try using in-game textures for better ornaments

First thing tho.
"gun should disappear during decay bone" it does. So my guess is that you meant "decay flesh". If so, there is no rule for this. In reforged many models has weapons left until close to end or even after gutz vanish. So I can't really see why it's a problem really. It's a different decay where weapon stays in decay bone. Sorry but it feels a bit boring if every classic decay need to look exactly the same.
Secound. The missing gutz was a choice made of the creator of the marines. his logic was something like this "metal takes longer to break down then flesh" and I can't really contradict that. It's fact and the reason (as I see it) gear (like a sword/shield) lingers longer then body does in reforged model. A more realistic way of decompose.

BUT I get the point in that decay flesh miss anim and decay bone only has gun. I think Emir would be fine with a shorter version where armor vanish and so do the gun.

But there is a problem. Seen this before and its not been in anim with 0 keyframes. It's been a decompose where the body SHOULD slowly lower itself and then go into bone. Still it skips that part. So if you know more, why, please tell.

ingame texture is a no. There is another page for only in-game. Not the aim here and yea. Again, everything do not need to be exaclty the same.

All units need ot have gut mesh as far as I know.
I already told you that it is not going underground because there is no keyframe for bone_root in the end of animation.

If so then you can see (again) that im talking about that I've seen it even when the model has keyframes. My question was if you know any other reason for it to skip. Guess "No" then.

Just to be extremly clear. I AM greatful that you highlighted the reason it skips decay flesh and goes into decay bone, at THIS model, because of no keyframes. What I asked for was what more can cause that kind of reaction in a model WHERE there IS keyframes.

Still wating for the link where the rules says it has to be a gutz tho.

Don't take me wrong, not "out for blood". I'm greaful and I will change that anim/s so it plays right. It was just a seperate question.

I need help, the models and icons don't work when I start a test, there is a blank space where the character should be with the model and the icon is a green square. I'm new to this, so I apologize if it's something dumb

Did you remove the "warblabla" in front of the modelname?

I have a hypothesis that maybe this happens because I am using the model in Warcraft 3 classic

I need help, the models and icons don't work when I start a test, there is a blank space where the character should be with the model and the icon is a green square. I'm new to this, so I apologize if it's something dumb
The problem just got worse. Yesterday the model appeared in the World Editor, it just doesn't show up during gameplay, but now it doesn't even appears in World Editor. I recorded the screen showing the Space Marine to a friend, so I can prove to myself that it appeared, but today when I opened the World Editor there was just that green cube that you all already know
