Just something I made for a part of an old mini mapping contest entry (the map can be found -here-)
I didn't like the default setup and this way makes it look like sliced flesh or whatever with more blood the more Experience you have on the hero current level.
Tutorial!
If you want this to work like in the screenshot go to
1 - Advanced -> Game Interface...
2 - Under the "Image - Console - Simple Experience Bar Border" paste
"Abilities\Weapons\MeatwagonMissile\BloodSput_Teen.blp"
3 - Remember to import the skin you download here and name it
"UI\Feedback\XPBar\human-bigbar-fill.blp"

Slice, blood, gore, user, interface, exp, experience, stat, level, lvl, noise

Looks simple and cool, you kind of hardly notice it. But it does add a lot to the UIs overall appearance and it just feel customized and looks good. Using it in my current project and i'm happy about it.
