shiiK: First of all, I'm sorry it has taken so long to get to this skin.
This is pretty much a re-do of the original red dragon, but with a slightly more cartoony look. I think it could be useful if some improvements are made.
Most notably, you should make the horns look like horns, and not like stretched out scales. Secondly, some wrap issues on the ehad, generally, so try to work it out so it looks somewhat more wholesome. Lastly, work some with the tones to give it some more life. Some different shades of red incorporated into the scales would make them look more natural. Shadows on red tend to have a slightly green, slightly brpwn, undertone. Similarily, highlights tend to be yellow - reaching towards blue on strong highlights/shiny surfaces.
