It's finally (acceptable to me) done!!!! Had lots of coughs while doing this but my will prevailed.

I didn't see any mistake in this final *cough*... final version, but if there's something let me know so I can fix.
You can say it's a condensed fireball, constrained by the runes for maximum damage
custom textures made using gimp 2
meshes stolen off wc3 mpq (which is why they are bad)
I just realized it's a bit big (filesize), but that's mostly cause of the 3 custom textures that I didn't bother scaling down too much. I'll try to optimize them in near future.
