The animations are very stiff, but nonetheless there's the strict minimum to be playable (TC, death anim, attack, spell).
I would gladly see this grow up.

Good looking model.
Would maybe give him some larger arm/shoulder muscles, to accommodate wc3's"epic" scale model proportions. Looking at the model from a far-away top-down view makes the arms small compared to, for example, how bulky orc grunts look in the game. Duke Nukem should look like a power-house muscle wise.
Animations wise, I think the gun should rest a bit longer in the air when attacking, pointing toward the target. Maybe add a muzzle flash.
The move animation is a bit stiff, but it works out for the model, because it makes him look like "he has no care" in the world.

Greetings to all, fixed animations: Attack, Walk, Walk Fast, Spell One, Death. I also changed the proportions and corrected the portrait.

This looks VERY nice.
But first off, please add a collision shape, then "Decay Flesh" and "Decay Bone" animation (with the guts geoset) to fit accordingly with other Warcraft 3 units. Lastly, you can try to optimize the model further by fixing all of the issues detected by HIVE's Sanity Checker. (Using this tool might help: MDLX Optimizer)
A reduction of used polygons are also very welcome.

Nice fix, but there are just some issues left:
- Internal name is still "Texture", you can change it.
- Your model needs a 'Stand Ready' and also for the alternate.
- Due to an in-game naming bug, you need to change the name of 'Decay Bone Alternate' to 'Decay Alternate'. Otherwise the game will not detect your decay bone alternate animation.
- You may add an attack sound effect event object for the normal and the altenate attack.

Your 'Stand Ready Alternate' has particle effects dripping out from the shotgun as seen from the 3D viewer.
