You just need to clarify that this is just Illidan with fair skin, and I think that after that - no one will point out that this is not a blood elf xD

I did notice that. Personally I think it's better to keep the symmetry for the stand animation - where it's more visible - rather than flip one blade and be asymmetrical.
Attack animations are fast that I could barely notice it in normal gameplay.
It may be impractical in a realistic sense, but then again, so are the default Demon Hunter weapons in a way.

Can you make it more Blood Elven since it looks like the Night Elf Male Demon Hunter just got some skin changes and then had Blood Elf armor stolen.
