You should do the same for your other campaign threads as I see they have no credits list. It's not nice to not write the names of people's resources you've used.

Because everyone was credited in the ending credits roll. Why hasn't anyone ever told me in the latest 11 years?

I dunno. It's just the rules. The credits list is mandatory in the map thread and not the map/campaign itself
