Fiery horizon rages, embers no one can tame,
agonizing screams that can't outrun the flame,
corpses pile up, the arid stench of death,
survivors running with terror on their breath,
warcries and cheering echo through the air,
of those responsible for the whole affair.

The village was raided, robbed of treasure and life,
This is the reality of this realm beset by strife.
