The 1.31 PTR should work.

1.31 is running, but there is no custom campaigns file in warcraft 1.31 public test in folder (C).

I copy the downloaded Arkain series into the warcraft 1.31 public test file, but when I enter 1.31 there is no campaign.custom campaing

the campaign is always empty

It has to be in Documents/Warcraft 3

I threw it there too. no episodes in the game

I can't play any campaigns at 1.31

You need to locate the folder with your save files, that is the folder you need to put your Campaign folder into and there the campaigns.

my computer is 32 bit. so would i have problems

32-bit computer. Is the Arkain series campaign played?

No clue if that causes problems.

I do not understand. I tried all kinds of ways. guess Arkain series will never happen
