The upgrade that should spawn workers and militia at the gathering point did not work for me last time I played (Thursday)

Don't get me wrong, the commander is absolutely fantastic, especially once you reach/surpass lvl 5 but the release with cliffs being messed unusable was an issue. 
Still got some bugs though.
