I know it. I played it these days! One of best things I saw in site. he really did it in classical style, adding those lore mentioned units, captains which got revivable from altar after got killed. Sadly he is not active to finish stuff

Quel Thalas, there are elves. Lordean there are humans, dwarves , Dalaran and all of that in small region. But what is beneath Lordean that large part? I did not notice that anything is happening there at all. Who lives there and what is that?

It's Stormwind, the Black Morass (where the orcs came from in the first and second games), Blackrock Spire and Redridge Mountains.
The Darkspear tribe to the far south in Stranglethorn Vale.

Oh yeah. I did not notice it in Wc3 campaign much, but it is large area. So, climate is same as Lordean? Those grass and pines

Parts of it, mostly around Stormwind.
We didn't see it in Warcraft III because the action was not happening there.

But why? That region is larger than Lordean and Quel Thalas together. Is not there anything worth to destroy or whatever?

Well, there were only the Darkspear, some dragons maybe in Blackrock and New Stormwind being rebuilt. Not much interest. Lordaeron was one of the strongest nations and Archimonde hurried to the tree ignoring Kul Tiras and Gilneas, at least on screen and even in text.
