It's a stone wall short end cap (it's a box and it's white), and the artist basically tinted it, stretched it, flipped it, tiled it etc.

It's standard for Russian terrainers to make something like that, for some reason every terrainer from XGM are so talented even the beginners. Whenever I see things like that (back then, because most of them are gone now) I already know the terrainer is a Russian/Half-Russian, so you shouldn't be surprised but amazed.
