Hey Nightelfbuilder, what tool do you use. Photoshop ? Gimp? or Photoshop with 3D paimting that shows the model too while playing on the 2d txture?

photoshop, then i test how the skins look like with war3 model editor and mldvis.

Same goes here. I wonder how you give such an awesome depth and lighting on the skin. Do you use burn and dodge? Or just the pallette using lights and shades of a certain color.?

that really depends on the color, some colors don't burn or dodge good.

Righty you are right. Usually I do invert the layer then desaturate it for easier burning but I guess it's not a quick hack or might be a better way. Also, I wonder that you are fast in making skin too. :) That is some talent.

i suggest to not be lazy and just paint it with the darker hue of the color lol
